Harare (New Ziana)-President Emmerson Mnangagwa on Wednesday appointed four ambassadors to represent Zimbabwe in Japan, Brazil, Russia and Iran.
The appointments were announced in the Government Gazette published this Wednesday.
The four include former Cabinet Minister who later formed the opposition National Patriotic Front, retired Brigadier General Ambrose Mutinhiri, who has been deployed to Russia.
Mutinhiri replaces Nicholas Sango, a retired brigadier general whose tour of duty expired sometime this year.
The other ambassadors include Stewart Nyakotyo (Japan), Meshack Kitchen (Brazil) and Bright Kupemha (Iran).
