Minister on familiarisation tour

NEW Mashonaland Central Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution,
Christopher Magomo, will embark on a province-wide familiarisation tour starting
Monday.
In a notice to all provincial Government department heads from Timothy Maregere,
the Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Minister of State, the minister will also
tour selected national priority projects in these respective districts.
The notice reads;
“The Secretary is pleased to notify you that the Minister of State will be visiting all the
ten local authorities in Mashonaland Central to familiarise with them as well as
touring selected national priority projects in the respective districts.”
Some of the national projects include the Semwa Dam in Rushinga, Dande Dam in
Guruve and the Mahuwe – Kanyemba Road in Mbire District.
He will go down further to Kanyemba, where an aerodrome is under rehabilitation.
